"Shoremen at the Next Level"

Sepember 8, 2007

In an unfortunate oversight last week, the sleep-deprived older gentleman responsible for collecting the information for this feature neglected to mention that sophomore strong safety Chris Rau has won a starting job for the Geogretown Hoyas. Chris had five tackles as the Hoyas dropped a 35-28 cliffhanger to Stoneybrook. This week Rau had three stops but Georgetown lost again, this time to Lafayette 28-7. Chris was the MVP on the 12-1 Shoremen squad in 2005.

In other action Saturday:

Indiana wideout Andrew Means caught 3 passes for 51 yards in the Hoosiers 37-27 win over Western Michigan.

Ian Pace continues to see action at tackle for Fordham. The Rams fell to 1-1 on the season, losing to Albany 23-20.
